The new film repeats some good points from the first part, but with even more extravagant and curious situations. And all thanks to the introduction of parallel reality into the plot.
It goes without saying that in this reality events did not develop as in ours, so the protagonist Three (Jessica Roth) can no longer predict who the mysterious maniac who killed her over and over, “restarting” her birthday, as in the creepy version of Groundhog Day.
Although “Happy New Day of Death” is a predominantly black comedy, it makes viewers horrified. Only for a short time, so this film can be safely watched with a friend or girlfriend who hates classic horror films.
2. We
Movie Search Rating: 6.5 out of 10
IMDB Rating: 7.3 out of 10
Genre: horror thriller
Country: USA, Japan
Producer: Jordan Peel
Music: Michael Ebels
Duration: 116 minutes
The Wilson family arrives at their beach house, waiting for a pleasant pastime. But as night falls, the tranquility of children and parents turns into tension and chaos when uninvited guests with clearly unkind intentions come to their house.
This horror film was shot by Jordan Peel, who knows how to keep the audience in fear and tension throughout the film. And "We" is a vivid example of this, an unkind and uncomfortable fairy tale with social overtones, excellent acting and a high-quality soundtrack. All these components will provide you with a powerful effect of presence ... and, possibly, neurosis, if you are impressionable enough.
1. Claustrophobic
Movie Search Rating: 6.6 out of 10
IMDB Rating: 6.4 out of 10
Genre: horror thriller
Country: USA, South Africa
Producer: Adam Robitel
Music: John Carey, Brian Tyler
Duration: 99 minutes
A group of strangers with each other gets involved in a quest with deadly traps. You already know a similar tie. Take the "Hostel", a little "Cuba" and most of the "Saws", and fully master what Claustrophobes has to offer.
And yet, despite its rather trivial beginning, this horror can please a decent amount of tricky turns, screamers, and, of course, killings. Each character is interesting in its own right, but the dynamics of the actions of the group as a whole are so strong that you can't help but root for them, which makes Klaustrofobov a tense and attractive film.
